Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for SYS Power Yoga subscriptions and programs.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of payment if class access has not started.
- Once live class access is provided or the billing cycle has started, fees are non-refundable.
- Free consultation sessions are not charged and therefore not eligible for refund.
2. Cancellation by Student
- You may cancel future renewals by contacting support before the next billing date.
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current active billing period unless eligible under Section 1.
3. Cancellation by SYS Power Yoga
If we cancel a batch or program before delivery, eligible users will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another batch.
4. Refund Process
- Email contact@syspoweryoga.com or WhatsApp +91 93274 43837 with payment reference and registered email/phone.
- We review requests within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Missed classes by the student
- Partial usage of monthly subscription period
- Violation of terms, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of class content
