1. Services
SYS Power Yoga provides in-person yoga and wellness coaching services, including studio classes, guided sessions, and related educational content. Service details and fees are published on our Pricing page.
2. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
- You must provide accurate name, email, and phone details during registration.
- Published plan fees are in INR unless otherwise stated.
3. User Responsibilities
- Consult a medical professional before starting any fitness program if you have health concerns.
- Participate safely and inform instructors of relevant injuries or limitations.
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute class access, recordings, or materials without permission.
4. Class Schedule & Access
Class schedules, session links, and program updates are shared after enrollment. We may reschedule sessions due to operational reasons and will communicate changes in advance where possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, class materials, branding, and training resources are owned by SYS Power Yoga and protected by applicable laws.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
SYS Power Yoga is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in classes except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
